1ml to 500ml filling range
SachetsCo can review compatible projects from 1ml sample sizes through to 500ml retail, salon, spa, promotional or professional-use formats.
The pack type, closure, valve, pump, spray, cap, roll-on, jar, bottle, can or container must be reviewed before production is confirmed. Not all formats are compatible with all products, and each project is assessed individually to determine filling method, line suitability and production pathway.
Contract manufacturing workflow
Our contract manufacturing process is designed to support brands from initial brief through to production. A typical project pathway includes:
- Project brief: Understanding your product, format, volume and timeline requirements
- Formula or bulk product review: Assessing your existing formula or bulk product for filling suitability and documentation requirements
- Packaging and closure review: Reviewing your chosen bottle, can, pump, spray, cap, valve, roll-on or jar for compatibility
- Sample or pilot planning: Planning a sample or pilot run where applicable to the project scope
- Filling and packing pathway: Confirming the filling method, line and packing process suited to your product
- Artwork and label review support: Supporting label and artwork review for compliance-aware presentation
- Batch documentation where agreed: Providing batch records, traceability documentation and retention samples where included in the agreed project scope
- Quote and production planning: Providing a project quote and production schedule once all reviews are complete
Aerosol, fragrance and dangerous-goods review
Aerosols, perfumes and fragrance products may involve alcohol, fragrance oils, propellants, pressure systems, flammable materials or dangerous-goods requirements. These product types require additional assessment before any project can be accepted.
Each aerosol, perfume or fragrance project is reviewed individually for product type, can or container compatibility, valve and closure suitability, propellant requirements where applicable, flammability classification and any relevant dangerous-goods or regulatory requirements. SachetsCo does not guarantee acceptance of any aerosol, perfume or fragrance project prior to completion of this review.
Brands are encouraged to submit a project brief early so that the review process can be initiated and any requirements identified before production planning begins.
