SachetsCo provides contract powder milling, sieving, screening and particle-conditioning services in Sydney for suitable food, nutrition, supplement, cosmetic and personal-care powders. Projects can be reviewed as a standalone processing step or combined with blending, sachet or stick-pack filling, pouches, jars or tubs, subject to material and process suitability.
This is an outsourced processing service for business customers—not a machinery sales page. We privately scope the starting material, intended result, batch quantity, risks, documents, downstream packaging and any trial or test method needed before production.

Materials with high moisture, oil, extreme hardness, dangerous dust, strong cross-contamination risk or other unusual properties need a separate technical review. Micronisation, contaminant removal and suitability for every powder are not implied.

How the review works
- Confidential brief: send non-confidential product, process, volume and timing information.
- Material and document review: we assess the product identity, risks, requested outcome and downstream process.
- Sample assessment or trial: a representative sample or paid trial may be required to select the route and define acceptance checks.
- Written scope: responsibilities, yield treatment, sampling, records, packaging and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.
- Processing and handover: the accepted material is processed and either returned in the agreed bulk format or moved into an approved packing step.

We review suitable dry food, nutrition, supplement, cosmetic, personal-care and selected compatible commercial powders. Acceptance depends on the actual material, documents, hazards, allergens and process requirements.
Can milling be combined with blending and packing?
Yes, where the material and complete process are suitable. A project can combine particle conditioning with blending, bulk downpacking, sachets, stick packs, pouches, jars or tubs.
Is a trial required?
Often. A representative sample or line trial helps assess feed behaviour, achievable result, yield, dust and the agreed verification method before a commercial run.
Can SachetsCo guarantee an exact mesh or micron result?
Not from a website brief alone. Any target and tolerance must be technically reviewed, trialled where needed and tied to an agreed sampling and test method.
How are allergen and dust risks reviewed?
Provide the full material identity, allergen status, SDS or hazard information, handling characteristics and intended use. We then determine whether suitable controls and scheduling can be agreed.
