SachetsCo is a Sydney-based B2B contract packer that fills suitable products into preformed portion cups and seals them with compatible foil lids. Product consistency, cup and lidding materials, fill size, volume, coding and trial requirements are reviewed before production.
The service can support suitable single-serve, portion-control, retail, promotional and sample applications. We privately scope the product-to-pack system rather than publishing a one-size-fits-all fill range, minimum quantity or price.

Selected sauces, condiments, dressings, syrups, gels, creams, pastes and powders can be assessed. Viscosity, particulates, foaming, temperature and hygiene requirements matter.
Can SachetsCo coordinate cups and foils?
Packaging coordination can form part of an accepted project, or customers can propose components for review. The cup and lidding structures must be compatible with each other and the product.
Can foil lids be plain or printed?
Compatible plain or printed lidding can be reviewed. Printing depends on the supplier, artwork, material, quantities and lead time, so it is confirmed privately.
Can lot coding and cartons be included?
Yes. Agreed coding, labels, counting, cartons, multipacks and sample kits can be included using customer-authorised information and an approved packing specification.
Is a line trial required?
A trial is often appropriate for a new product-to-cup-and-foil combination. It helps define filling, sealing, finished presentation and the agreed acceptance checks.
What evidence must the customer provide?
