SachetsCo applies quality-focused processes and project-specific review to accepted manufacturing, filling and packing work. The required controls depend on the product category, responsible production pathway, packaging format and approved written scope.
Traceability and production records
For accepted projects, traceability, batch records, in-process checks, reconciliation and retention samples are defined by the approved batch plan and written project scope. Requirements can differ between development, trial, rework and routine production work.
Product and supplier documents
Product specifications, ingredient or component information, safety data, allergen information and source documents are reviewed where relevant and available. Source Certificates of Analysis, laboratory reports or SachetsCo production records may be supplied only where supported by underlying evidence and agreed in writing. The document issuer and testing laboratory will be identified.
Certification and site requirements
Any requirement involving HACCP, food safety, cosmetic GMP or ISO 22716, a named certification, certificate holder or production site must be confirmed before quotation. SachetsCo does not claim TGA manufacturing authorisation or ARTG listing. Projects that require a different authorised or certified pathway can be reviewed for an appropriate solution.
Labels, claims and regulatory responsibilities
SachetsCo can provide production-focused artwork preflight and help identify information gaps. The brand owner remains responsible for product classification, claims, mandatory statements, directions, barcodes and final legal approval unless a separate responsibility is expressly agreed in writing.
Project acceptance
Acceptance depends on product suitability, available evidence, safety, packaging compatibility, cleaning requirements, production fit and the agreed responsibilities. Submit non-confidential project information first so the appropriate review can be completed.
