Label supply and finishing, clearly scoped
SachetsCo can review label and finishing requirements as part of an accepted packing project. Material, adhesive, finish, artwork, quantity and timing are confirmed for the chosen pack.
Label application and batch coding
Batch and date coding can be scoped for suitable packs. Label application is assessed against the pack shape, surface, adhesive and required placement. The approved code fields and verification checks are recorded before production.
- Pack material, shape, surface and the intended handling or storage conditions.
- Label size, material, adhesive, finish and whether roll or sheet supply is required.
- Artwork revision, print orientation, barcode and agreed batch/date fields.
- Representative sample, application method, legibility and placement checks.
Materials and finishes
Paper and film stocks, adhesive types, protective finishes and roll specifications are reviewed with the supplier for the actual pack. Moisture, oil, temperature or abrasion resistance must be supported by the selected specification and any agreed test—not assumed for every label.
Authorised relabelling and pack rework
Selected relabelling, overlabelling or recartoning work can be reviewed against written instructions and traceable stock information. Product identity, approved information and batch traceability must be preserved.
Date changes require an appropriate documented basis and written authorisation. This is not a shelf-life extension service.
Artwork, proofs and supply responsibilities
Use the agreed dieline and current artwork revision. The quote identifies label supply, proof approval, application, coding and any rework as separate responsibilities or clearly included components. No fixed label minimum, universal substrate capability or standard turnaround is promised.
Review artwork and proof preparationLabel and coding questions
Can you supply and apply labels?
We can review both requirements. Label supply and application are confirmed separately for the packaging and quantity.
Do you have a fixed label minimum or turnaround?
These depend on the approved supplier route, specification and schedule and are confirmed in your quote.
Can you add batch or date information?
Agreed coding can be assessed for the selected pack. The customer-approved information and verification method must be clear before production.
