Cosmetic & Personal Care Sachet Filling in Sydney
SachetsCo fills cosmetic, skincare and personal care products into single-use sachet formats from our Sydney facility. We offer selected liquid, gel, cream and serum sachet filling from 1 ml to 60 ml, subject to viscosity, product compatibility, packaging and project requirements. Quality controls and documentation are defined for the approved project and responsible production pathway.

Suitability depends on viscosity, product stability, packaging film compatibility and your project requirements. Not all cosmetic or personal care products can be filled — contact us to discuss your formulation. We do not claim capability for sterile, therapeutic, sunscreen or SPF products.
Sachet formats
Stick packs, flat sachets (3-side or 4-side seal), twin packs and perforated strips are available where suitable. Barrier films are selected based on product type, fill size and sealing requirements. Tear notches can be added for convenience. Format suitability depends on fill size, viscosity, artwork, film and sealing requirements.
Packaging design & label support
We can assist with artwork layout, ingredient listings and material selection. Choose from a range of film finishes and functional tear notch options. Final label compliance and legal responsibility remain with the brand.
Quality & compliance
Quality controls and documentation are defined for the approved project and responsible production pathway. Products are checked against agreed fill, seal and project requirements before packing. Batch documentation, quality checks and retention samples can be included where agreed in the project scope. We do not guarantee shelf life, stability outcomes, therapeutic compliance or regulatory approval.
