SachetsCo offers custom printed pouches for Australian brands, available as packaging supply only or with separately agreed filling and retail-pack assembly. Tell us your pouch size, material, features, artwork and quantity so we can confirm the right specification.
- Printed empty pouches supplied for your own packing, or filled pouches for compatible products after product and line review.
- Outer pouches containing an agreed count of individual sachets.
- Plain pouches with approved labels where a simpler launch pack is suitable.

Formats and features to discuss
Discuss stand-up, flat, side-gusset and other suitable pouch formats. Zippers, tear notches, windows, valves or spouts are assessed against the exact pouch specification and intended use.
A format shown in a brief is not a promise of availability or line compatibility. Specialist closures and performance claims require evidence for the exact specification.
Pouch layers, quality and finishes
Different products need different packaging. Share your existing material specification or tell us the performance and appearance you need. We review suitable structures and finishes against the product, pack format and intended use.
Layer structure and thickness
Layers can serve different printing, barrier, strength and sealing functions. Tell us your preferred laminate structure and total thickness in microns, if known. More layers or greater thickness do not automatically mean better quality or suitability.
Barrier and product protection
Consider moisture, oxygen and light sensitivity, product-contact compatibility and intended storage conditions. The material specification—not its colour, shine or layer count—must support the required performance.
Matte, gloss and metallic finishes
Discuss matte (matt) for a low-shine look, gloss for a shiny finish, or a metallic appearance. The available finish, print method and material combinations are confirmed for the selected film or pouch; not every finish suits every structure.
Pouch strength, seals and closures
Review fill weight or sachets-per-pouch count, handling or puncture requirements, seal areas and any closure. Where filling is included, our focus is fill accuracy and seal integrity. Assess the finished sealed pack, including closure space—not nominal pouch capacity alone.

Ask about film and pouch samples to assess the print, finish and material before placing your order. Sample availability, the specification represented and any cost are confirmed individually. Mention samples and your preferred specification in the Project summary.
Samples help you assess appearance and workmanship. They do not validate your product compatibility, filled-pack seal performance or shelf life; any product-specific trials are agreed separately.
Can I request a different layer structure or material quality?
Yes. Share the structure, thickness, barrier performance and finish you want, or describe what the packaging needs to do. We review alternatives for the project and confirm suitability and availability before quoting the final specification.
Is a metallic finish the same as a foil barrier?
No. Metallic print effects, metallised plastic film and aluminium-foil laminates are different constructions. A metallic look does not establish a particular barrier level. Tell us whether you need a visual effect, product protection, or both; the exact structure, availability and supporting performance data must be confirmed.
How is material quality compared?
Where specified, compare oxygen transmission rate (OTR) and water vapour transmission rate (WVTR) using the test method, units, temperature, relative humidity and exact material specification. Supplier documentation, agreed acceptance criteria and any required product, sealing or packing trials are reviewed before the final specification is approved. A film result alone does not establish whole-pack performance or shelf life.
Shelf-life, food-contact and recyclability claims require evidence for the exact pack and intended use. No general certification or performance guarantee is implied.
Already have a material specification?
Include non-confidential details in the Project summary: layer structure, total thickness, barrier requirements or available test data, preferred finish and intended storage conditions. If you are unsure, describe the product and what the pack needs to do. Detailed files can be arranged after the initial enquiry.
Artwork, printing and quantity
Print method, colours, finishes and minimum quantities depend on the agreed pouch specification. Printing-only enquiries are welcome. Filling quantities are assessed separately, and pouch minimums are not assumed to match sachet-film minimums.
Use the current agreed production dieline. Prepare artwork to the print specifications and approve the final proof before ordering. Artwork preflight does not replace your final label-claim or regulatory review.

Printed pouch questions
Can I order printed pouches without filling?
Yes. Request pouch printing only for empty printed pouches, or ask for filling or counted-sachet assembly as a separate service. Quantities, material suitability and timing are confirmed for your specification.
What is the minimum order or lead time?
Minimum quantities and lead times depend on the pouch structure, size, features, finish, artwork and quantity. We confirm the requirements before you order.
Can you pack sachets inside a pouch?
We can assess the requested sachet count against an actual pack sample or specification, including space for the closure and final seal.
Can I supply the pouches?
Yes, subject to reviewing their specification and compatibility with the proposed packing process.
