Commercial pet-product pathways in Sydney
SachetsCo is a Sydney-based contract manufacturing and packing partner for selected pet nutrition powders and non-medicated grooming products. Projects can start with an existing formula, customer-supplied bulk product or development brief and may include trials, blending, sachet, pouch, tub or bottle filling, coding, labelling and sample-kit assembly.
Nutrition and grooming projects follow different product, ingredient, claim and labelling pathways. We review the intended animal species, use, claims, formula status, documents, packaging and commercial scale before accepting work.
Two distinct pet-product pathways
Pet nutrition powders and dry products
Selected nutritional powders, food toppers, complementary-feed formats and compatible dry products can be reviewed for development, blending, milling, sachets, stick packs, pouches, jars or tubs.
Product purpose, ingredients, species, feeding directions, nutritional positioning and claims must be clear.
Non-medicated grooming products
Selected shampoos, conditioners, coat-care products, cleansers and cosmetic-style grooming products can be reviewed for development, mixing, bottles, pouches, portion cups or sample sachets.
Safe page language includes cleaning, washing, conditioning and coat appearance—not therapeutic treatment claims.
Manufacturing and packing scope
| Stage | Options we can review | Project inputs |
|---|---|---|
| Existing product | Repack suitable customer-supplied bulk product into an approved commercial or sample format. | Specification, COA, formula or ingredient list, batch data, intended use and claims. |
| Formula transfer or development | Review an established formula, development brief, scale-up need or selected manufacturing pathway. | Formula ownership, target product, benchmark, species, claims, packaging and responsibilities. |
| Dry processing | Selected milling, sieving, blending and packing for suitable nutrition powders. | Material behaviour, allergens, hazards, batch size, target specification and downstream pack. |
| Wet processing | Selected mixing and filling for suitable non-medicated grooming liquids, gels and creams. | Formula status, viscosity, ingredients, safety data, container compatibility and hygiene needs. |
| Retail or sample packing | Sachets, stick packs, pouches, tubs, jars, bottles, portion cups, kits, labels, coding and cartons. | Fill, format, artwork, component supply, quantities, trial needs and repeat plan. |
Claims and classification are reviewed before production
Pet-product classification can depend on ingredients, intended species, purpose, claims and presentation. Claims about pain, anxiety, inflammation, antimicrobial action, fleas, ticks, itch relief, wounds, disease or treatment can move a project into a different regulatory pathway.
SachetsCo does not imply registration, certification or therapeutic status from a general website enquiry. Intended claims and label content must be provided early so the correct manufacturing, packing or referral route can be assessed.

- Specification, COA, allergen or SDS information where relevant.

Pet product manufacturing and packing FAQ
Can you pack pet nutrition powders into sachets?
Yes, suitable pet nutrition powders can be reviewed for sachets, stick packs, pouches, jars or tubs. Formula, intended use, claims, documents, flow and packaging suitability are assessed first.
Can you make dog-shampoo sample sachets?
Selected non-medicated grooming shampoos and conditioners can be reviewed for sample sachets and other compatible packs, subject to formula, viscosity, safety, packaging and claims.
Can we supply our own formula or finished bulk product?
Yes. We can review an existing formula, a suitable customer-supplied finished bulk product or a development brief. Responsibilities and required documents are agreed for the selected pathway.
Do you support trials and commercial samples?
Trial, pilot, sample-kit and first commercial-run pathways can be privately scoped where the product and format are suitable.
Which claims and documents are reviewed?
Provide the intended species, use, full ingredients, label claims, formula or specification, COA and safety or allergen information where relevant. Classification is assessed from the actual project.
Can out-of-scope work be referred elsewhere?
Yes. After SachetsCo reviews the fit, an unsuitable project can—with the customer's consent—be offered an optional no-charge FactoryTender referral.
