B2B bulk-to-smaller-pack conversion
SachetsCo provides B2B ingredient downpacking in Sydney, transferring suitable customer-supplied dry powders and dry granular ingredients from bulk bags into 1–25 kg bags, pouches or wide-mouth containers. Projects are reviewed for product identity, material flow, dust and allergen risks, packaging compatibility, labelling, net quantity, coding and lot traceability.
This is a contract packing service for commercial material—not an ingredient retail shop or equipment sale. Pack sizes, materials, quantities and repeat schedules are privately agreed for the actual project.

We can review these and other suitable commercial sizes. The final range depends on the powder, density, package, line fit, total quantity and handling requirements.
Which ingredients are suitable?
Suitable stable dry powders and granular ingredients can be reviewed. Product identity, intended use, allergens, hazards, flow and current documentation must be understood first.
Can SachetsCo supply the bags, pouches or labels?
Packaging and label coordination can form part of an accepted project. We confirm materials, artwork responsibilities, quantities and lead times privately.
Can you apply lot and expiry codes?
Yes, using customer-authorised source information and an agreed coding format. Expiry information must be supported by the product owner and applicable records.
Which documents are required?
Usually a current specification, COA, allergen information, SDS where relevant, source lot information, approved label content and the intended packaging specification.
Can the ingredient be blended or sieved first?
Yes, where the complete process is suitable. Milling, sieving, de-lumping or powder blending can be scoped before the final downpacking step.
Do you service customers outside Sydney?
