How Our Bulk‑to‑Sachet Process Works

Transparency is at the heart of SachetsCo. Here’s how we transform your bulk product into retail‑ready sachets.

Step 1 – Send Your Bulk:
Provide your powder, liquid or gel along with safety data sheets, ingredient lists and any regulatory or artwork requirements. We can arrange inbound freight if needed.

Step 2 – Dosing & Filling:
We calibrate dosing equipment to dispense between 1–30 g of powder or 1–30 ml of liquid/gel. Our fillers accommodate various viscosities and particle sizes, ensuring accuracy and reducing waste.

Step 3 – Seal & Print:
Sachets are formed, filled and hermetically sealed using heat or ultrasonic sealing. We can print your artwork, logo, batch codes and expiry dates directly onto the film. Die‑cut shapes and tear notches are optional.

Step 4 – QA/QC:
Quality assurance is embedded throughout production. Operators perform weight checks, visual inspections and seal integrity tests on every batch. We retain samples for traceability and adhere to GMP‑style documentation.

Step 5 – Pack & Ship:
After final inspection, sachets are packed into cartons ready for distribution. We can store finished goods or ship directly to your fulfilment centres or distribution warehouses.
