SachetsCo B2B capability

Australian Sachet Manufacturing for International Brands

Based outside Australia? Start with a simple enquiry about sachet filling, powder development or blending in Sydney. We confirm project fit, samples and delivery responsibilities before work begins.

SachetsCo is based in Sydney, Australia. If your business is overseas, you can start with a short, non-confidential enquiry about sachet filling, powder development or powder blending. We review the product, destination and practical production requirements before confirming whether we can help.

Tell us about your project

You do not need a complete technical brief to make contact. Tell us what you want to make and, if known, where it will be sold or delivered. We can ask for the remaining details by email.

Choose the right starting point

  • You have a finished product. We review customer-supplied powders, liquids, gels and high-viscosity products for sachet filling. Product behaviour, packaging and line compatibility are assessed before acceptance. Explore finished-product filling.
  • You need to develop or refine a powder. Start with your food, beverage or nutrition powder concept. Development, prototypes and feedback rounds are agreed separately from production. Explore powder development.
  • You have an approved powder formula. We can review ingredient supply, blending and an appropriate filling or packing pathway. Exact grades, quantities and availability are confirmed for the project. Explore powder blending.

For liquid, gel or cream projects, begin with a supplied-product filling review. Do not assume that a filling enquiry includes formulation development.

How an overseas project moves forward

  1. Send a simple enquiry. Share a short description and your contact details. An approximate quantity and destination are useful if you know them.
  2. Confirm project fit by email. We identify the relevant product information, packaging options and responsibilities. Detailed formulas or files can wait until the confidentiality arrangements are agreed.
  3. Agree any sample or trial work. The purpose, scope, cost and approvals are confirmed before work starts.
  4. Approve the production scope. Product specifications, materials, artwork, checks, commercial terms and timing are agreed in writing.
  5. Confirm the dispatch arrangements. Before goods move, confirm freight, insurance, the receiving party and any required destination documents.

Samples, prototypes and filling trials

Packaging examples, powder-development prototypes and trials using your supplied product answer different questions. Packaging examples help you assess formats, films and finishes. Development prototypes help refine a powder. A filling trial assesses how an agreed product and pack behave on the proposed line.

Availability, sample quantities, fees, freight and dispatch timing are confirmed for the requested work. Sample approval does not by itself confirm production readiness, shelf life or permission to sell in a destination market. Ask about packaging samples.

Australian filling for imported materials and export orders

SachetsCo can fill and pack suitable customer-supplied bulk products and imported materials in Australia for export to the United States and other agreed international markets. Material suitability, Australian import requirements and destination-specific product and customs requirements must be confirmed for each project.

Contact us before sending materials. We first need to agree what is being supplied, where it will be received and which specifications or safety documents are needed. The project may also need checks on ingredient identity, batch information, storage, transport and import requirements.

For food and ingredient imports, check the relevant Australian biosecurity and imported-food requirements before dispatch.

US-bound projects: check origin and duties

If tariffs are affecting your US supply chain, we can review the Australian filling and packing stage of your project. Your customs broker should confirm tariff classification, country of origin, applicable duties and import requirements before you commit.

Filling, repacking or shipping through Australia does not automatically confer Australian origin or reduce US duties. Tariff treatment depends on the goods, their origin and the applicable rules; we do not promise tariff savings or duty-free entry. See the US government guidance on rules of origin.

Projects for other countries follow the same product-specific review, with the destination requirements agreed separately. Start with a simple enquiry; we can request technical and shipping details by email.

Freight and destination responsibilities

Our standard terms provide for collection from our warehouse, with freight and insurance the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any requested delivery service is confirmed separately. See our terms and conditions.

Before production, agree who will arrange transport and act as importer, which documents are required, and who will handle customs clearance, duties and taxes. Your brand and its appointed advisers should confirm destination-market product classification, ingredients, labels and claims. Manufacturing acceptance does not guarantee market approval or customs clearance.

Tell us early if the project requires a particular certificate, manufacturing site or test. Availability and scope must be verified for the actual project. Read about quality and project documentation.

Keep your first enquiry simple and private

Start with a non-confidential description. We do not automatically share your enquiry with other manufacturers. Any proposed referral requires your permission, and an NDA can be discussed before confidential information is exchanged.
