SachetsCo B2B capability

Confidential Overflow Contract Packing

SachetsCo provides confidential overflow contract packing for brands and manufacturers that need additional capacity, a second production pathway, a pilot run, urgent rework or temporary support across suitable formats.

SachetsCo provides confidential overflow contract packing for brands and manufacturers that need additional capacity, a second production pathway, a short-run launch, urgent rework or temporary operational support. Projects are privately reviewed so commercial terms, customer relationships and sensitive production information are not exposed on a public marketplace.

Overflow support we can review

Need Possible pathway
Peak demand or backlog Defined overflow runs against an approved product, packaging specification and handover plan.
New format or pilot Short-run validation, line trial and commercial packing for a suitable product and pack format.
Second-source planning A documented alternative packing pathway to reduce dependence on one production route.
Urgent stock issue Authorised coding, relabelling, repacking, presentation correction or other agreed stock rework.
Complete project support Formulation, mixing, filling, packing, labelling, coding and secondary assembly where included in scope.

Formats and product types

Suitable projects can include powders, granules, liquids, gels, creams, fragrances, cosmetics and other reviewed product forms. Packaging options may include sachets, stick packs, pouches, tubs, jars, bottles, tubes, cartons, kits and selected aerosol formats. Final suitability depends on the product, component system, safety requirements, documents, quantities and agreed production pathway.

Confidential manufacturer-to-manufacturer support

We understand that overflow work can involve customer ownership, intellectual property and sensitive supply arrangements. Start with a non-confidential brief. The commercial structure, NDA requirements, product custody, artwork control, approved contacts and any limits on direct communication can then be documented before detailed information or materials are transferred.

Information needed for a fast review

  • Product form, category and current production status.
  • Required process and pack format.
  • Unit fill, batch or run quantity and repeat forecast.
  • Available product specifications, component details and quality documents.
  • Material ownership and delivery status.
  • Required completion date and the reason for overflow support.
  • Any confidentiality, customer-contact or handover restrictions.

How the overflow process works

  1. Private fit review. We identify the required capacity, technical fit and information gaps.
  2. Controlled handover. Responsibilities for product, packaging, artwork, coding data, approvals and logistics are recorded.
  3. Trial or first-piece approval. Where required, an agreed sample, line trial or first production piece is reviewed before the full run.
  4. Production and reconciliation. Work is completed to the approved instructions with the agreed checks and material reconciliation.
  5. Close-out or repeat plan. Finished stock, records and future capacity requirements are handed back through the agreed contacts.

Overflow packing questions

Can you support another contract manufacturer?

Yes. Manufacturer-to-manufacturer and white-label arrangements can be reviewed confidentially, including agreed limits on customer contact and branding.

Can you handle only one part of the job?

Yes. The scope may be limited to mixing, filling, coding, labelling, rework, secondary packing or another defined production step.

Are capacity and pricing published?

No. Capacity changes with format, product, tooling, material readiness and timing. We confirm availability and commercial terms privately for the specific project.

What if the project needs a different factory?

With permission, SachetsCo can offer a no-charge opening fit review through FactoryTender. The referral is optional, confidential information is not transferred without agreement, and the most appropriate pathway is considered after the SachetsCo review.
