Contract spouted-pouch filling—not filling machinery
SachetsCo provides Sydney-based contract filling for suitable liquids, gels, creams and pastes into pre-made spouted refill pouches. Projects can include pouch and closure review, filling, capping, coding, labelling and secondary packing.
The service can support selected food, beverage, cosmetic, personal-care, household and compatible commercial products. Product behaviour, intended use and the complete pouch-spout-cap system are reviewed before a trial or production commitment.
Spouted refill-pouch applications
Food and beverage
Selected compatible sauces, syrups, concentrates, purees, gels, pastes and other stable finished products with the required food and packaging information.
Cosmetic and personal care
Selected shampoos, conditioners, lotions, cleansers, creams and gels for suitable refill, salon, professional or retail pouch formats.
Other suitable commercial products
Selected compatible liquids, gels and pastes can be reviewed using the applicable ingredients, SDS, claims, packaging and distribution requirements.
Aseptic, retort, pasteurised, hot-fill, sterile, dangerous-goods or therapeutic projects require separate review and are not implied by this general service page.
What the pouch-filling scope can include

| Filling and capping | Fill through the appropriate opening and apply the compatible closure to the agreed method. | Opening, fill route, cap application, headspace, contamination control and trial result. |
| Coding and labels | Agreed lot or date coding and customer-approved labels. | Source data, code area, surface, contrast, adhesion and legibility. |
| Secondary packing | Counting, cartons, inserts, kits and repeat-order programs. | Unit orientation, case count, distribution, freight and customer specification. |
Pouch and product compatibility
Spouted-pouch performance depends on the exact product, film structure, seals, spout, fitment, cap, fill route, closure method, headspace and distribution conditions. Claims such as “leak-proof”, “airtight”, “tamper-proof”, “recyclable” or guaranteed shelf life require evidence for the exact product-and-package system and are not assumed.
For a new combination, representative product and production components may be needed for a line trial and agreed package checks.

Spouted refill-pouch filling FAQ
Which products can be reviewed?
Selected liquids, gels, creams and pastes can be reviewed for suitable spouted pouches. Viscosity, particulates, foaming, temperature, ingredients, hygiene and intended use determine the pathway.
Do you fill pre-made pouches through the spout?
Compatible pre-made spouted pouches can be reviewed for the appropriate filling and capping route. The opening, fitment, cap and product behaviour must suit the agreed process.
Which pouch, spout and cap information is required?
Provide the film structure, dimensions, spout position, fitment and cap specifications, product-contact information, samples and the supplier's relevant application guidance.
Can customers supply their own pouches?
Yes, customer-supplied pouches can be assessed. They must be the approved production components, available in the required quantity and compatible with the product and line.
Can SachetsCo coordinate packaging?
Packaging coordination can be included for an accepted project. Film, fitment, cap, print, quantities, lead time, artwork and responsibilities are confirmed privately.
Is a line trial required?
A trial is often needed for a new product-and-pouch system. It can assess filling, capping, handling, coding, finished presentation and the agreed package checks.
Can coding, labels and cartons be included?
Yes. Customer-authorised coding, labels, counting, cartons, inserts and selected secondary packing can form part of the written project scope.
How do foaming, viscosity or particulates affect filling?
They can affect flow, dosing, fill speed, headspace, cleanliness and closure application. Share representative product information and samples so the correct trial pathway can be considered.
