The right packaging format depends on product behaviour, target fill, quantity, film or container structure, artwork, coding and intended use. SachetsCo confirms achievable options after reviewing the product and project.

Target fills generally 1–70 g or 1–70 mL, as appropriate to the product and agreed specification. Suitability depends on density, flow or viscosity, film, format, sealing and line assessment—not every product fits every pack at the upper limit. Grams and millilitres are not interchangeable.

Powder sachets can be reviewed from 1 g to 70 g, subject to powder flow, density, packaging and project requirements. Selected liquid, gel, cream, serum, syrup and concentrate sachets can be reviewed from 1 mL to 70 mL, subject to viscosity, product compatibility, packaging and project requirements.
