Artwork Specs & Dielines

 Artwork Guidelines

- File format:** PDF/X‑1a or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with fonts outlined.
- Resolution:** 300 dpi minimum for raster images.
- Colour:** CMYK with coated colour profiles (no RGB).
- Bleed: 3 mm (0.125 inches) on all edges.
- Safe area: Keep essential text and graphics at least 3 mm away from cut lines.

 Tear‑Notch & Perforation

Include a tear notch 8–10 mm from the top seal to allow easy opening. For twin or multi‑chamber sachets, specify perforation placement and separation lines.

 Barcodes & Coding

We can apply standard EAN‑13 barcodes. Leave a quiet zone of at least 2.5 mm around all barcode edges. For batch coding, we use inkjet or thermal transfer at print stage; designate a 10 × 5 mm blank area.

 Dielines

Our team will supply dielines tailored to your sachet size and format. Dielines include cut lines, fold lines, seal areas, tear notches and registration marks for print. Please contact us to request dielines for your specific product.
